Spatch Screenshots for modelers.

Spatch merges seamlessly into the catacomb modelling environment for research use, and for extending its library of cell and channel models.

You can draw new types of components, for example so that you have different drawings for pipettes with different properties.

The cell models can be built up by hand or loaded from real digitized cells.

Spatch channels are based on kinetic schemes. Here you can define the scheme: the states, allowed transitions and conductance properties.

And finally, there is Catacomb underneath it, giving you graphical access to everything in the model.
