electrically compact cell with kinetic scheme channels, including schemes equivalent to HH models
A simple example cell with the bare minimum for a model based on kinetic schemes for the ion channels. The cell has a list of channels, a list of ions, and an KScalc object which contains other properties of the cell. KScalc also contains the methods for integrating the equations under current clamp conditions. For a more sophisticated model, see ecMCcell and the calculation objects therein.
