Several categories of CA1 pyramidal cells are shown and have been digitized. These are given as numbers which are representative of each category. The soma values have been separated out from the apical dendrites according to a diameter greater than 4.0 um or at the first apical branch point (individual values given below in the table). All of the cells were digitized following intracellular recordings with sharp electrodes and thus the input resistances are not necessarily accurate and more idealistic approximations are given in the individual papers, identified below according to categories. This also holds true for the measured time constant values. The shrinkage correction values are different for each cell source and are given as individual values in the header for each neuron.
