Catacomb models

There are interactive examples of continuous firing rate networks and integrate-and-fire networks in chapter 11 of the models section of Catacomb.

Genesis scripts

The hippo directory contains Genesis scripts for the hippocampus region CA3 simulation. The README and README-NWK files explains how to run them once you have Genesis installed. Note, however, that that although the scripts themselves are extensively documented, there is very little introductory documentation in the README files. These models are hard to work with unless you are already familiar with genesis, for example from following the tutorials in chapter 9 or chapter 10.

You can copy the hippo directory to you hard disk with the unix command
cp -R /CDROM/hippo .
where you may have to change the /CDROM part to reflect the mount point of your CDROM.
