A direct electrical connection between populations in an integrate and fire network. As well as fields inherited from IaFLink it has a fractional connectivity, Fconn and conductance G-0.
IaFLinkGJ connections can also be used to stimulate cell populations by connecting to a IaFStimNode. This provides a form of incomplete voltage clamp through the conductance G-0.
