A simple 2-dimensional branched cell with a configurable set of voltage or current clamps and voltage recorders, for use with PPCalc objects to compute passive propagation, and .... for active properties.
The structure consists of a set of points, each with coordinates x,y,z
(z = 0), radius r, a string type code, and the index of its parent.
There is no restriction on the number of daughter branches from one point.
Loops are possible, but are inconsistent with the calculation methods which
used BranchedCells, and cannot be constructed with the BranchedCellEditor.
